A working-class coalition
putting your community first.
IT’S NOT LEFT against RIGHT
iT’S ALL OF US against
A SYSTEM THAT DOESN’T WORK
The Community First Party is New Hampshire’s home for working-class people who are tired of choosing between two parties that serve the same donors.

We Are Done Waiting
For too long we've been told to be patient, that change is coming, that this election is the one that finally matters. It never is. Housing costs keep climbing. Schools make do with less. Young people leave because they can't afford to stay. Both parties keep asking for our votes while answering to their donors.
We are done waiting for that to change on its own.
What We're Fighting For
Community First isn't a party built around personalities or ideology. It's built around one question: does this make life materially better for working people in New Hampshire? Here is where we stand.
Community First
If a policy does not prioritize communities and only serves to enrich the wealthy, we oppose it. The economy should serve the people who live here, not the people who extract from here.
Personal Freedoms
Your right to bear arms and your right to make your own medical decisions are both sacred. Government has no place telling you how to live, what to believe, or what to do with your own body.
No Hate
We reject scapegoating and dehumanization. Fear-based politics is a distraction, a way for politicians to look busy while materially changing nothing for the people they claim to serve. Our neighbors are not our enemies.
No Corrupting Money
We do not take PAC money or donations from organizations that don't support our mission. A candidate who can't be bought can't be owned.
Fix the Voting System
We support Ranked Choice Voting, automatic voter registration, and publicly funded elections so political power starts with people, not donors.
accessible democracy
Public office should be accessible to working people, not just those who can afford to serve. We support paying legislators a living wage and removing the financial barriers that keep ordinary people out of government.
why we exist
Two-party politics has trapped voters in a lesser of two evils cycle for too long. Communities get ignored while party machines and special interests win. We exist because that arrangement was never going to fix itself.
Community First is built around a simple idea. Government should answer to the people living with the consequences of its decisions, not the people funding its campaigns.
Our first candidate
Jon Kiper for Governor. Former restaurateur. Town councilor. Author. Running to prove that a working-class campaign built on ideas can change New Hampshire politics.
join the flock
The people who keep this state running deserve a party that was actually built for them. Come build it with us.
